What is PDRN?
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is made of purified DNA fragments and appears as “Sodium DNA” on our ingredient lists. In our serums it helps support skin that looks firmer, smoother and more resilient. Read more about the science.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for dry, oily, combination and sensitive skin. As with any new product, we recommend a patch test before first use.
Which serum should I choose?
Choose by concern: PDRN + Polypeptide Niacinamide for firmness and tone, PDRN + Hyaluronic Acid for hydration and plumpness, NAD+ PDRN Peptide for radiance and renewal. You can also layer them, one in the morning and one at night.
Can I use the serums morning and night?
Yes. Apply 2–3 drops to clean skin, morning and night, then follow with moisturiser, and SPF in the morning.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We never test our products on animals. Each product page lists every ingredient so you can check what suits you; some formulas contain animal-derived ingredients and are therefore not vegan, which we state on the product page.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 4–5 business days depending on your location. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free in the EU on orders from €75.

Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied or receive a damaged item, contact us within the return period and we will arrange a return or exchange in line with our refund and returns policy.
